HFEM

HFEM Minerals

Our Resolve® and Dighem® frequency domain electromagnetic systems provide the most sensitive and highest resolution airborne EM data available.  Configured with the broadest range of frequencies, our technology offers sensitivity to the broadest range of resistivity values compared to any other available airborne EM system. When used on your minerals exploration project this translates to precise definition of geological interfaces and a reduced risk of missed of potentially mineralized conductive anomalies.

The advantage of data collection from the air is the ease of access to remote sites where ground data collection is challenging, and the ability to collect data quickly and efficiently over your entire license area. The Resolve® and Dighem® frequency domain electromagnetic systems are light and low-drag, providing the best ability to stay close to mountainous terrain for maximum sensitivity and resolution.

CGG’s RESOLVE and DIGHEM systems provide the highest resolution and sensitivity of any airborne electromagnetic system on the market

Resolve® is designed specifically to provide the level of precision, repeatability and reliability required for demanding mapping applications. Resolve®offers unparalleled horizontal and vertical resolution for an airborne EM system by virtue of the greatest frequency range ever commercially offered."

Dighem® uses a large separation five frequency coil array. A wide frequency range and multi-coil geometry assure the best possible sensitivity to geologic targets, depth of penetration and distinct anomaly shapes over vertical vs. flat-lying conductive bodies permitting determination of target orientation and dip. Dighem® is ideal for the small targets and complex geology common to gold deposits.

High speed sampling of all the available frequencies with real-time digital signal processing allows for the calculation of 3D earth resistivity models, overburden thickness, layered inversions and other advanced products.

High quality magnetic data is collected with all Resolve® and Dighem® frequency domain electromagnetic surveys to provide a truly integrated Multi-Physics approach to your exploration project.

Multi-Physics - Corridor Mapping

Corridor Mapping

Understanding the ground conditions on your infrastructure project can reduce your financial and project timeline risk.  CGG offers a suite of solutions that offer you full coverage of your next project.
Multi-Physics - Lalor

Lalor Deposit HTEM

CGG flew the HELITEM® time-domain electromagnetic (TDEM) as a test survey over the Lalor Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) deposit in early 2012.
Multi-Physics - Integrated Geological Interpretation

Integrated Geological Interpretation

The strength of the Multi-Physics offering is the ability to map several unique rock properties and integrate these with multiple complementary data sources as dictated by the geological challenge.
