Introduction to Emotional Intelligence introduces participants to the basics of Emotional Intelligence: What it is, how it impacts behaviour, and how to harness the power of your emotional brain--now known to be more important than IQ in predicting future levels of individual performance, both personally and professionally.

This course teaches participants how to recognize disruptive emotions and how to diffuse them, get hands-on communication practice, learn about the importance of body language and how best to present themselves, as well as learn how to become a better manager of others through developing a better understanding of one’s.
