To create our robust and integrated GeoWells database, CGG transformed legacy well data through rigorous re-processing, with the end-result being fully consistent and analytics-ready data with associated dashboards for rapid identification, interrogation and interpretation for oil and gas exploration and development. The multidisciplinary capability of CGG, combined with our experience in digital transformation programs such as GeoVerse™, creates this truly unique product that complements existing data management and delivery programs.

The digital transformation facilitates data analytics and the application of emerging tools in data science. GeoWells adopts the GeoVerse data model for consistency and integration, and is delivered as an Oracle database with pre-built TIBCO Spotfire® dashboards.
