Fit for Life Workplace Health program in Singapore

Health Week in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Health Week took place in September 2015 in the CGG Rio de Janeiro offices. Several training sessions were organized on functional nutrition and immunity, ergonomics, dengue and zika fever, meningitis, health benefits of running, passive smoking, first-aid for children aged 0 to 6 and blood donation.
These sessions were followed by practical actions such as health checks, mosquito repellent and sun block cream (2-in-1), donations, a blood drive and even a resilience lab for employees to receive information and learn exercises to cope with stress in daily work and personal life. Thumbs up to a holistic initiative that 63% of CGG Rio employees chose to benefit from!
