What?

Established in 2006, our Automated Mineralogy services benefit from some of the best equipment and highest level of expertise in the Industry. We utilize state-of-the-art Scanning Electron Microscopy and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), including our proprietary RoqScan™ technology. Our experience covers all major and minor conventional and unconventional resource plays around the world.

Global Automated Mineralogy Experience

Introduction

We group undertake various types of project, whether independent studies or forming part of an integrated multidisciplinary project. Automated mineralogy sample preparation and analysis is non-destructive allowing for the quantification of both compositional and textural data. Two types of automated mineralogy services are offered:

  1. bespoke laboratory analysis for detailed rock properties evaluation, and;
  2. exclusively developed portable analytical system, RoqScan, for well site, core store and off-site analysis.
