Robertson Analogues knowledgebases are rich and fully searchable resources designed to refresh and improve knowledge of depositional environments, reservoir geology, and reservoir modeling. The expertly written content and imagery are particularly valuable as a training and learning aid, but also provide easy-access syntheses and detailed discussions for experienced users.
Robertson Analogues databases can be filtered by uniquely derived attributes to identify the most appropriate reservoir analogues for a given geologic scenario. The analogue databases focus on geometric data, which can be investigated using the built-in tools in order to derive inputs for geologic models or interpretations.
Robertson Analogues subscriptions are global, allowing access for all company users to all completed Robertson Analogues environments. The online tools are easy to use and regularly updated with up-to-date data and content.
The largest available database of clastic reservoir analogues, along with an extensive knowledgebase of geologic information. The database includes nearly 35000 classified and attributed sediment bodies collected from outcrop and remote sensing data sources, while the knowledgebase includes over 700 pages of content.
Outcrop and modern geometric data collected from nearly 5000 individual carbonate sediment bodies. As with the clastic analogues, a range of depositional, lithologic and environmental information has been collected to further classify each object.
A global fracture dataset collected at a range of scales from numerous sources including outcrop, remote sensing, and well data. The fracture data has been fully attributed with lithology and tectonic setting, and linked to deformation events to allow data from different regions to be compared.
