We are experts in offshore seismic acquisition. Clients choose us to identify and appraise exploration prospects, image deep complex reservoirs, delineate shallow hazards and identify subtle 4D effects in mature fields. We have a high-end fleet, acquiring broadband, wide-azimuth, ultra-long offset, full-azimuth and 4D data. Single or multiple vessels deploy state-of-the-art technology including BroadSeis™ and BroadSource™. We collaborate closely with our clients to create tailored surveys to meet even the toughest challenges and complete your projects successfully. We have just completed our first commercial TopSeis survey for Lundin in the Barents Sea. This innovative source-over-spread solution was designed in collaboration with Lundin Norway and with assistance from the Research Council of Norway.
Providing excellent service is not just about technology, our people are a key component of our acquisition. Our experienced crews are committed to HSE and will go the extra mile to ensure the job is completed to a high standard. They can often provide simple solutions for problems that might otherwise require a port call. Knowledgeable onboard processing and QC staff can quickly highlight any data issues so that they can be swiftly rectified. We are also able to provide advanced ultra-fast track processing, having recently delivered pre-stack depth imaging for 4,200km² 4 days after final shot.
As an integrated geoscience company, we can provide complete solutions. Expertise in each part of the survey lifecycle ensures a better-quality product at each stage. Our geological expertise can help to identify the best leads and prospects. We offer bespoke survey designs, with tailored acquisition, advanced enabling technologies and experienced, dedicated crews to deliver the seismic data to meet your needs. Acquisition is complemented by our industry-leading subsurface imaging teams and advanced reservoir characterization capabilities.
We have reduced our high-end seismic fleet to 5 vessels operating in the open market although our flexible organization would enable us to restart at least one vessel very quickly should there be a demand. Additionally we continue to operate 1 vessel in a joint venture in Vietnam. Four of our remaining vessels operating today are designated DNV-CLEAN for the highest environmental standards.
Despite challenging times, we remain committed to developing and deploying new solutions and continue to invest in R&D to maintain and add to our large portfolio. This enables us to deliver solutions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients and overcome their toughest operational, geological and geophysical challenges better than those who can only offer a limited range of services.
We have a strong HSE culture and recently received an award from Shell for HSSE Goal Zero (no harm to people or to the environment) for seismic projects performed between 2013 and 2015, while also delivering high-quality data.
Our experienced people make the difference, being knowledgeable, reliable and open, with the resources and expertise to go the extra mile.
