Elements of Compensation
The aggregate compensation of the Chief Executive includes both a fixed element and a bonus element. The bonus due to the general management for a given fiscal year is set and paid, in principle, during the first semester of the next fiscal year, subject to approval from the General Meeting.
The aggregate compensation for fiscal year 2019 of the senior officers (“mandataires sociaux”) in office during fiscal year 2019, is presented in the table below:

(3) Variable compensation due for 2019, the payment of which has been approved by the general meeting held on June 16, 2020, in accordance with the provisions of article L.225-100 of the French commercial code.
