Shareholders' General Meeting

The Annual Shareholders’ Meeting is a key moment of shareholder democracy.  This event provides shareholders with the opportunity to participate and take part in CGG’s important decisions, by voting on resolutions by proxy or via the internet.

The next Combined General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 10.30 a.m.

Given the declaration of the state of health emergency due to the epidemic of Covid-19 until June 1, 2021 and the extension of the exceptional measures applicable to shareholders’ meetings until July 31, 2021, the CGG Combined General Meeting will be held without the physical presence of the shareholders, in order to ensure equal access to the Meeting and to avoid exposing shareholders to health risks.

The event will be live audio broadcasted.

You will find hereafter all the relevant information, which will be updated on any regulatory changes and/or recommendations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) that may occur prior to the Combined General Meeting.
