Oklahoma
Access high-quality subsurface data for better reservoir knowledge
With extensive coverage in the SCOOP/STACK plays and surrounding areas, CGG offers a multitude of high-quality multi-client data sets which provide better understanding of the facies distribution of multiple targets in the area. Optimized for reservoir characterization with full azimuth acquisition designs and customized broadband EmphaSeis™ sweep, CGG’s new Oklahoma data sets have been acquired using high-productivity slip-sweep acquisition and processed using proprietary HPVA™ technology, providing high-resolution, well sampled data.

Products and Processing Highlights
- Deliverables include a 5D offset-vector-tile (OVT) pre-stack time migration and a Kirchhoff tilted transverse isotropy (TTI) pre-stack depth migration for the Chickasha Merge and Chickasha Extension
- High-definition reservoir packages are available for Chickasha Merge and Yukon, which also include geostatistical inversion
Yukon
Covering 219 square miles in Canadian County, Oklahoma, this survey is located in the STACK play of the Anadarko Basin, which reflects a shelf slope profile. A number of stacked targets of Devonian to Pennsylvanian age are present in the survey area. The primary targets for the deterministic and geostatiscal reservoir analysis included the Meramec, Osage and Woodford formations, with the Oswego and Hunton as secondary targets.
Chickasha Merge
This survey covers 262 square miles in Caddo and Grady Counties and is located in the SCOOP play of the Anadarko Basin. The play is in an oil and liquids-rich province with one of the thickest, best-quality resource shale reservoirs in the country. Similar to other surveys in the area, the Chickasha survey was designed to image numerous targets from the Osage through to the Hunton formations. The final product combines the Chickasha survey plus two additional data volumes, processed together to provide a sizable data set to better understand the complex geological variations in this area.
Chickasha Extension
Extending across Canadian, Grady and Caddo Counties, this is the newest addition to CGG’s multi-client coverage in the Anadarko Basin. Designed with the tightest acquisition parameters of any survey in CGG’s Oklahoma data library, this 306 mi2 high-density data set builds on existing coverage and provides advanced imaging and enhanced definition of complex structures in the area.
